This position offers four months onboard and then two months paid vacation before returning for four months.
Potential candidates must have a minimum of five years proven casino management experience and fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
Responsibilities:
- Directs all the casino operations and associated activities throughout the vessel by performing the duties described below either personally or through subordinate managers and supervisors.
- Mentors, trains develops Casino team to strengthen their current performance, prepare for future advancement, and to ensure quality standards are met.
- Meets with function managers and/or staff to review guest comments to implement revisions and improvements.

- Establish and develop relationships with junket tour operators.
- Oversees the cash handling functions to ensure the counting and reconciliation processes are conducted according to established procedures.
- Confers with food, beverage, shore excursions, gift shops, etc. Provides input and feedback for the Cruise Compass newsletter.
- Ensures that high roller casino guests are identified and enrolled into Club Royale.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum two to five years progressive management experience as a Casino Manager with consistently high performance ratings in a large resort, cruise line, or hotel.
- Experience in the Asian market is desired (Singapore, China, Macao, Japan, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea, etc.)
- Satisfactory completion of Gaming Board/Commission approved dealer school.
- Ability to manage the financial aspects of a casino operation, including expense reduction through cost efficiencies and revenue growth through promotional and up-selling activities.
- Ability to manage headcount within area as it relates to and supports the business needs of the vessel.
- Ability to provide customer and personal service including needs assessment techniques, quality service standards, alternative delivery systems, and customer satisfaction evaluation techniques.
- Working knowledge of computers, Internet access, and the ability to navigate within a variety of software packages such as Excel, Word, or related programs.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent preferred.
- The ability to speak English clearly is required.
- Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly preferred.

Under the direction of the Youth Program Manager, the Youth Counselor is responsible for the safety, supervision and implementation of of all youth and teen activities as it relates to the Passenger Programs and Entertainment Department.

Cashier
We are currently recruiting for cashiers responsible for controlling and accounting of transactions for the cage windows in the casino onboard a cruise ship.
Applicants should have a minimum of Four GCSE’S and three to six months experience of Cash Handling.
You should be well presented and possess good interpersonal skills as well as be prepared to live on-board a cruise ship for a duration of six months.
Procedure and computer system training will be provided.
Hours will be no more than 42 per week and will involve day and evening shifts.
Contracts are six months long and renewable, with between six and eight weeks holiday between contracts.

Career Definition: Ship Captain
A Ship Captain is in charge of the operations of a sea vessel. They maintain logs detailing a ship's course and speed, weather conditions and other factors that influence movement of the ship. A Ship Captain also manages a ship's crew, supervises loading and unloading of either passengers or cargo and may be involved in the hiring of crew members. In many cases, work as a Ship Captain takes one away from home for extended periods of time.
A Ship Captain can serve on a cruise ship, fishing boat, tugboat, freighter, barge or ferry.
How to Become a Ship Captain
Required Education for a Ship Captain
A Ship Captain must possess at least a high school diploma, though associate's, bachelor's or master's degree in Marine Science or Marine Engineering are offered by many maritime colleges or academies. These colleges use classroom instruction and professional simulations. Courses might include management, logistics, navigation and maritime safety and laws. Experience is another route one might take to become a Ship Captain, such as spending years as a deckhand or officer. Depending on the type of vessel captained and waterways navigated, a captain's license from the United States Coast Guard, www.uscg.mil, may be required and is issued after successful completion of an examination.
Skills Required for a Ship Captain
A Ship Captain must have excellent communication, customer service, administrative and problem-solving skills. They must have the ability to adapt to changing conditions and respond to emergency situations. A Ship Captain also needs to have knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.
Career and Economic Outlook for a Ship Captain
With the expected expansion of international trade leading to increased water transportation of goods, as well as ferry systems to transport commuters in heavily-populated areas, job growth for Ship Captains should be about 17% through 2016, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, www.bls.gov. Most job opportunities can be found in coastal areas or those near freshwater ports and docks. Pay for a Ship Captain is generally between $30,000 and $100,000 depending on experience and the size of the vessel commanded. Those finding work as a Ship Captain are predominately male, with very few females serving in this role.

- Salary paid in Euros starting from €4700.00 per month
- Single cabin

Hair Stylist / Colourist - Cruise Ship
Job Description:
Our client is looking for Creative and highly motivated individuals with plenty of drive and ambition to work within one of their salons aboard a cruise ship.
Ideally you will have experience as a stylist and be accomplished at colouring and styling.
The successful candidates will have their flights paid, accommodation provided as well as enjoying free health insurance and tax free earnings of up to $2300 including tips per month.
Extra duties including lifeboat drills and passenger embarkation duties may be required.
This position is for a 6 month renewable contract.
