The Cruise staff hosts and participates in shipboard recreational, entertainment and social programs geared towards adults and families. In addition to other requirements, potential candidates should have minimum two years master of ceremonies or professional entertainment (theatre, music, dance, comedy, etc.) experience with resorts, cruise lines, entertainment or recreational industries.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

  • Maintains continual interaction with the guests. Hosts and participates in adult and family recreational programs and activities.
  • Socializes with guests in public areas at all times in accordance with Royal Caribbean International's Gold Anchor Standards. Visits guest lounges at specified times to converse with as many guests as possible in the time allotted.
  • Attends Captain's Cocktail Party and Welcome Back Party to provide introductions, collect invitations, socialize and coordinate the flow of the reception line.
  • Participates in shows and events presented by the Cruise Director's Division by taking part in skits, and/ or simple dance routines. Instructs, organizes or facilitates various activities and/or tournaments.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Two years master of ceremonies or professional entertainment (theatre, music, dance, comedy, etc.) experience with resorts, cruise lines, entertainment or recreational industries required.
  • Ability to capture and manage the attention of a large group of people with microphone effective and courteous microphone techniques. Experience on a microphone required.
  • Ability to provide basic instruction to a large group of people.
  • Completion of high school or basic education equivalency required.
  • Working knowledge of computers, internet access, and the ability to navigate within a variety of software basic packages.
  • Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
  • All international applicants must have the ability to obtain C1/D1 visa  (and other relevant visas) when applicable
  • Must meet all physical requirements, including the ability to participate in emergency life-saving drills and required training.

  • 21 to 45 years old
  • Valid passport
  • STCW95 Certificate
  • Crowd Management certificate
  • Panama Seaman book (we will process after confirmation to embark)
  • International certificate of vaccination
  • Casino Experience as : casino cashier, casino dealer  or slot technician with a minimum real experience of 18 months on board or on land base Casino.
  • Previous letter of employment
  • Update Police Clearance

We are currently searching for Casino Dealers to join our team!

This position has a six month onboard contract. Successful candidates will be considered for regular Casino Dealer assignments based on their successful performance.

Deal Blackjack in Macau, Roulette in Monaco, or Caribbean Stud in Cancun and interact with guests from every corner of the world. The candidates should have minimum two years dealer experience conducting Blackjack, Dice, American Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker and various other casino games and should also have proof of completion of Gaming Board and/or Commission approved dealer school or international equivalency.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Proof of completion of Gaming Board and/or Commission approved dealer school or international equivalency
  • Conducts all Casino table games according to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Exchanges paper currency for playing chips or tokens and announces the exchanges
  • Ensures that wagers are placed before table gaming proceeds, such as cards are dealt, roulette wheel is spun, or dice are tossed
  • Accurately maintains the handling of cards, dice, chips, money and other gaming equipment at an appropriate rate to maintain the proper pace of the game
  • Informs players of the rules and regulations as the game progresses.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proof of completion of Gaming Board and/or Commission approved dealer school or international equivalency
  • Two years dealer experience conducting Blackjack, Dice, American Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker and various other casino games
  • Ability to rapidly discern the numbers on dice, cards, wheels, etc. and determine the outcome of the game
  • Ability to communicate tactfully with guests, department heads and shipboard employees to resolve problems
  • Ability to stand for an extended period of time
  • Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and distinctly
  • All international applicants must have the ability to obtain C1/D1 visa  (and other relevant visas) when applicable
  • Must meet all physical requirements, including the ability to participate in emergency life-saving drills and required training

We are currently seeking Guest Services Manager to join our team.

Potential candidates must have at least two years in a successful progressive, related leadership position in a four or five star resort, hotel or cruise line.

  • Continually develop original and fresh techniques to enhance the guest service onboard
  • Use guest feedback and ratings to establish a positive culture throughout the guest services team

  • Enforce the delivery of standards, efficiencies, services and quality within the guest services department onboard
  • Perform related duties as required

Minimum Requirements:

  • Completion of high school, basic or vocational education equivalency preferred
  • Two or more years of Front-of-House successful and progressive leadership experience in a four or five star hotel, cruise line or other hospitality related industry
  • Proven ability to achieve operational results in an international environment
  • Demonstrated experience in motivating, leading and engaging a diverse workforce to increase synergy and improve productivity
  • Competency with Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
  • Oral and written fluency in English at an advanced level
  • Must be physically able to participate in emergency life saving drills and required training
  • Strong communication skills in additional languages are desired
  • All international applicants must have the ability to obtain a C1/D visa
